Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted RN license in the state required Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications At least one year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, preferably in critical care settings CCRN (Critical Care RN) certification is a plus Completion of all required

COVID-19

vaccinations and boosters preferred EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Provide direct care to critically ill patients within established scope of practice and hospital standards Guide, mentor, and support patient/family education as well as the activities of other nursing personnel in the ICU Communicate effectively with physicians, promptly reporting clinical changes, hemodynamic monitoring data, abnormal test results, and other symptoms or diagnostic findings Respond swiftly and accurately to changes in patient conditions or reactions to treatments Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with hospital policies and regulations This role offers the chance to make a genuine impact on patient outcomes in a specialized, high-acuity environment.
