We proudly serve both short-term and long-term residents from diverse backgrounds and are committed to providing high quality nursing care, rehabilitation, and compassionate support in a welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a full-time LVN or RN for the NOC (night) shift to join our dedicated clinical team. Position Responsibilities The LVN/RN will be responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and professional nursing care, including: Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Monitoring residents' conditions and identifying changes in health status Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records Communicating effectively with physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Providing emotional support and compassionate care to residents Educating residents, families, and staff regarding care needs, medications, treatments, and health conditions Performing basic nursing assessments and diagnostic procedures within the scope of licensure Providing and documenting routine nursing procedures and treatments Responding appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergencies Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote quality outcomes and resident satisfaction Performing other nursing duties as assigned Qualifications Current California LVN or RN license required Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills Commitment to resident-centered care and professionalism Both new graduates and experienced nurses are welcome to apply
