Meo Vitality Center is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing wellness and aesthetics practice. We are looking for a clinical professional who combines hands-on aesthetic experience, strong nursing fundamentals, excellent patient skills, sound clinical judgment, and a genuine interest in advanced wellness and aesthetic technologies. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Aesthetic RN or Nurse Practitioner who wants more than simply a part-time clinical shift. This is an opportunity to work with advanced technologies, expand your professional skill set, and grow alongside a young company. The selected candidate will receive applicable training on designated technologies, manufacturer protocols, patient-safety requirements, and Meo Vitality Center procedures before independently performing newly assigned services. Prior aesthetic experience is required; however, experience with every technology in our portfolio is not. We value demonstrated aesthetic expertise combined with the ability and willingness to learn additional technologies and follow established clinical protocols. Responsibilities Depending upon licensure, training, demonstrated competency, scope of practice, and assigned responsibilities, the RN or NP may: Perform designated wellness and aesthetic services within applicable scope of practice Perform aesthetic and energy-based treatments, including Morpheus8, Exion, Emface, Zentight, and other designated technologies Conduct appropriate patient consultations and assessments and review relevant health information Educate patients regarding treatments, expectations, preparation, and appropriate post-treatment instructions Monitor patients before, during, and following applicable services Recognize and appropriately escalate clinical concerns Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Follow established clinical, manufacturer, patient-safety, and operational protocols Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality Work collaboratively with clinical leadership, management, and other team members Participate in continuing education and training as new technologies and services are introduced Assist with reasonable clinical and operational responsibilities consistent with licensure, role, and scope of practice Qualifications Current, active, and unrestricted California RN or NP license Minimum 3 years of hands-on aesthetic experience; 5+ years preferred Demonstrated experience with RF microneedling, Morpheus8, or comparable energy-based aesthetic technologies Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, med-spa services, facial aesthetics, or body-contouring technologies strongly valued Portfolio of before-and-after treatment results required for treatments personally performed by the applicant; applicant must have appropriate authorization to share any patient images submitted Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current BLS/CPR certification, as applicable to assigned responsibilities CANS certification is a plus, but not required Strong nursing fundamentals and commitment to patient safety Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor Strong attention to detail, dependability, and punctuality Ability to follow established clinical, safety, and operational protocols Comfortable learning and working with advanced technology Who Will Thrive at Meo Vitality Center? Schedule This position is initially part-time/PRN , generally anticipated at approximately 2 days per week and up to 6 hours per day , based on patient scheduling and business needs. Some scheduling flexibility is preferred. Hours may vary. Although there is currently no guaranteed minimum number of hours, a s patient volume and the practice grow, there may be opportunities for additional days, increased hours, and expanded responsibilities. Compensation $50-$75 per hour , depending on licensure, aesthetic experience, qualifications, demonstrated competency, and assigned responsibilities.
