Alpine Home Health Services is looking for a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health visits in Placerville and surrounding areas . We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working independently in the home health setting.

Responsibilities include:

Perform skilled nursing home visits Complete nursing assessments and documentation Provide medication and disease-management education Perform wound care and other skilled nursing services as ordered Communicate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team Provide patient and caregiver education

Requirements:

Current California RN license Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Good communication and documentation skills Home health experience preferred, but not required
