- Full-Time NOC Shift Sequoia Transitional Care
Porterville, CA Pay:
$47- 50/hr (DOE) Join our dedicated nursing team at Sequoia Transitional Care!
Shift:
Full-Time |NOC Shift Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for residents
- Conduct assessments, administer medications & treatments
- Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff on shift
- Ensure compliance with care plans, facility policies & state/federal regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in resident condition
- Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges & incident reports
- Promote a positive, safe, and caring environment
Qualifications:
- Current CA RN license in good standing
- Prior SNF/long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication & clinical skills
