Performs age-appropriate physical exams, history taking, and consultations via in-person, phone, or electronic methods. Reviews medical records, orders diagnostic tests, and communicates with other providers to coordinate care. Maintains effective relationships with patients, families, and staff, respecting cultural and ethical considerations. Delegates and evaluates team activities, ensures safety protocols, and participates in quality improvement and staff development. Demonstrates accountability, legal compliance, and proficiency with clinical technology. Required qualifications include 3-5 years of experience, a Master's Degree in Nursing with specialization in Adult, Family Practice, or Women's Health NP, and appropriate California licenses and certifications.
