Responsibilities include providing advanced care for diverse hematology and oncology patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and participating in active tumor boards and clinical trials. The practice features a supportive staff, on-site infusion and radiation therapy, diagnostic imaging, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Schedule:
36 hours patient-facing + 4 hours indirect care, 5 days/week with one weekend/month on-call.
Typical patient load:
1-2 new patients/day, with inpatient rounding and night coverage. Qualifications include MD/DO, board certification in Hematology/Oncology, California license, and proven clinical experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong diagnostic, interpersonal, and team skills.
