Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care for telemetry patients Monitor, assess, and document telemetry data and patient responses Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans Support patient and family education on cardiac health and treatment protocols Administer medications and interventions according to physician orders and policies Uphold strict safety and infection control standards
Desired Qualifications:
Current RN license, eligible for California practice Minimum of one year recent stepdown/telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments Comfort using telemetry monitoring equipment and electronic medical records
