Qualifications/Skills:

Required Certifications:

BLS, ACLS

through American Heart Association

• State Licensure Requirements: active CA RN license
• Minimum year's experience: 1 yr
• Required experience: prior supervisor experience
• Diploma or Associate of Science Degree in Nursing required

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

Previous acute care or acute rehab hospital (ARU/IRF) experience is strongly preferred. Ability to project a professional image. Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
