Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Aesthetics Nurse with a strong background in cosmetic procedures, specifically in dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and RF micro-needling. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of aesthetic medicine, patient care, and advanced injection techniques. This role involves providing safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments within a professional clinical environment. The Aesthetics Nurse will collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Prior experience with esthetic laser treatments and medical documentation is a must. Responsibilities Administer dermal fillers, botulinum toxin (tox) injections, and RF micro-needling procedures with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine suitability for aesthetic treatments. Educate patients on procedure options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care instructions. Maintain accurate medical records and document all treatments in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Ensure all procedures are performed using aseptic techniques to prevent infection. Monitor patient responses during treatments and manage any adverse reactions promptly. Stay updated on the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and participate in ongoing professional development. Collaborate with the medical team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Adhere to clinic policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards at all times. Skills Proven experience administering dermal fillers and botulinum toxin injections in a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of RF micro-needling techniques and esthetic laser treatments such as laser resurfacing or skin tightening. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation of patient records. Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to communicate effectively about treatment options and expectations. Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of medical terminology related to dermatology and aesthetics. Attention to detail, precision in injection techniques, and commitment to patient safety. Certification or licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or nurse practitioner with aesthetic certification preferred.
