The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and committed to providing excellent patient care while working effectively in a multidisciplinary environment. This is a hybrid clinical and supervisory position. Responsibilities include taking patient intake, assisting with clinical care, and overseeing other staff to support efficient daily operations. Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Fixed schedule; applicants must be able to commit to all three days Responsibilities Perform patient intake and obtain accurate medical histories and vital signs Provide compassionate care in a fast-paced, high-volume primary care setting Start IVs and perform other duties within the scope of licensure Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient care Oversee and coordinate the work of other clinical staff Communicate effectively with providers, staff, patients, and families Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Support the care of geriatric patients with patience and flexibility Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation Help ensure efficient clinic workflow and high-quality patient care Qualifications Current LVN or RN license in good standing At least one year of experience in an outpatient primary care clinic RN preferred; experienced LVN applicants will also be considered IV education or equivalent relevant educational background will be considered Experience starting IVs Fluency in Farsi and English required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work respectfully with staff and providers Patience and professionalism in a high-volume clinical environment Pleasant, polite, reliable, and dedicated to patient care Ability to work with geriatric patients Availability and commitment to the fixed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule An incentive will be provided, with an additional bonus opportunity based on productivity. Only applicants with relevant healthcare and clinical experience will be considered.
Pay:
$32.00 - $42.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
