Shifts Available:

7:00am

• 3:00pm and 3pm
• 11pm Daily LVN Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient progress and interventions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
