Experienced Case Manager Registered Nurse for travel nursing assignments.
Responsibilities:
Manage patient cases, coordinate care, and ensure effective healthcare delivery in a hospital setting. Work alongside healthcare professionals in top-tier facilities, providing personalized patient care and support.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid RN license, experience in case management or related clinical experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize patient needs.
