This pivotal role involves managing on-site operations, coordinating teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving project success through meticulous planning and proactive problem-solving. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate daily jobsite operations under the supervision of a Senior Superintendent or Project Manager. Knowledge of using computers and construction applications such as Buildertrend Monitor subcontractor schedules, quality of work, and site safety compliance Conduct daily site walks and document conditions, progress, and issues in written reports Communicate project status updates to supervisors and office staff in a timely and accurate manner Ensure the jobsite is clean, organized, and in compliance with all applicable OSHA regulations and local safety requirements Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to the jobsite and confirm receipt in good order Verify that all work is performed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable local building codes Attend project meetings and maintain accurate daily logs, punch lists, and RFI (Request for Information) tracking Assist in scheduling inspections with local authorities having jurisdiction Support senior leadership in cost tracking, change order documentation, and project closeout activities Perform such other duties as may be reasonably assigned by management Join us if you're ready to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
