Description:
Night shift, 12 hours, 1900 startRegistered Nurse/ICUPosition SummaryWe are seeking an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients. The RN will continuously monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, manage complex care needs, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities Assess and continuously monitor critically ill patients. Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygenation, and other clinical indicators. Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments. Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, and other critical care equipment as required. Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition. Assist with procedures and emergency interventions. Provide wound care and other specialized nursing procedures. Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment and care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Follow infection control, patient safety, and critical care standards.

Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. Nursing degree from an accredited program. Previous ICU or critical care experience preferred. Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and clinical decision-making skills. BLS and ACLS certification preferred or required based on role requirements. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
