Registered Nurse (RN) - NOC Shift Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team for the overnight NOC shift. Located in Sunnyvale, CA, our 140-bed premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is committed to providing industry-leading medical care and fostering a supportive, team-oriented work environment. $50.00 - $58.00 / hour (depending on experience)

Shift:

NOC (Night Shift)

Schedule:

4 days on, 2 days off (rotating schedule)

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate overnight clinical care to short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
• Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapies safely in accordance with care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and promptly document changes in resident conditions.
• Oversee and collaborate effectively with overnight Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and LVNs to maintain a safe environment.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for families, physicians, and emergency services during the night shift. Qualifications

License:

Current, unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Certification:

Valid BLS/CPR certification.

Experience:

Prior experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care setting is highly preferred, but passionate new grads are welcome to apply.
