Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and compassionate care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, effectively communicating changes to medical staff. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced life support equipment. Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and discharge plans.

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1-2 years of recent ICU experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
