One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Assessment:
Performs total body and system assessment each shift/visit according to unit standards.
Care of Patient:
Including planning, implementing, evaluating and educating.
Clinical/Technical Skills:
Utilizes technology, procedures, protocols, standards and interventions specific to assigned unit.
Documentation:
Performs legible, timely, concise and accurate documentation according to policies and procedures. Proficient and competent with the computerized documentation system.
Leadership:
Accepts responsibility and accountability for own decisions and behaviors. Recognizes, accepts and cooperates with direction from facility leadership.
Precepting/Mentoring:
Participates in orientation of new staff, ancillary personnel and mentors students in a constructive and positive manner. Serves as resource to staff from other nursing departments. We are offering a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Job Requirements Required Active Registered Nurse license in the State of California One (1) year of experience in Labor and Delivery within an acute care setting Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), within six (6) months of hire Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association, within six (6) months of hire Completion of Advanced Fetal Monitoring course every two (2) years (Intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring acceptable at hire but must complete the Advanced AWHONN course within one (1) year of new assignment to Labor and Delivery) or maintain the NCC EFM certification STABLE certification, within one (1) year of hire Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
