Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment, various shifts available Flexibility may be required to float within department needs and possible on-call assignments
Required Qualifications:
Current RN license, valid and in good standing Minimum of one year of recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing BLS certification (other certifications may be needed per facility requirements) Excellent assessment, communication, and patient care skills Ability to adapt quickly and float between departments as needed
Core Responsibilities:
Provide independent, evidence-based nursing care according to state standards and facility guidelines Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Continuously collect and analyze health data to inform treatment and intervention Deliver health education, therapy, and restorative care directly and through teamwork Document assessments, interventions, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely Support the overall mission, vision, and values of the clinical environment Refer for further evaluation and collaborate in interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care Float to other departments as qualified, ensuring high-quality patient coverage
