What You'll Do:

• Complete assessments, create and update care plans, and monitor resident progress
• Administer medications and treatments, watching closely for any adverse reactions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the care team and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care
• Support residents and families through education, communication, and compassion

What You'll Need:

• Valid RN or LPN license in good standing (Colorado is a compact state) Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
