Do:

Provide comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care at UCHealth Cancer Care and Hematology Clinic Memorial Central Support outreach clinics in Lamar and Trinidad ( 2-3 hours travel from Colorado Springs), approximately 6 days per month Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, nurses, and social workers Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical growth activities Utilize the

EPIC EMR

system for patient documentation and coordination Share limited call responsibilities within your team Contribute to delivering equitable cancer care to underserved populations

What You Need:

Valid Colorado medical license or ability to obtain one Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology Passion for rural outreach and patient-centered care Strong communication and collaboration skills Willingness to travel as required ( 6 days/month) About the
