As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will coordinate and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring optimal outcomes and resource utilization. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide quality care, including patient transfers, discharges, and referrals. Your role will also involve patient and family education, addressing psychosocial and cultural needs, and delegating tasks to support staff. Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessments Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced setting Comply with triage, treatment, evaluation, and documentation guidelines Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care Provide education to patients and families tailored to their needs Delegate tasks effectively to ancillary personnel Adhere to professional and ethical standards Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements Need 2 years experience in setting Current and active Colorado RN license or Compact license Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC, STABLE, and NRP certifications (or obtained within specified timeframes) Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
