Job Description

Position Summary This is a dual-function Registered Nurse role supporting a rural critical access hospital's cardiac imaging program and its employee health services. The nurse will coordinate and support Coronary CT Angiography (CCT A) studies - including patient screening, pre-procedure preparation, medication administration, and post-procedure monitoring - in partnership with radiology and cardiology providers. In the Employee Health capacity, the nurse manages pre-employment and periodic health screenings, immunization and TB surveillance programs, exposure follow-up, workers' compensation coordination, and regulatory compliance tracking for hospital staff. This role is well-suited to a nurse who is comfortable moving between a focused clinical/technical imaging environment and a broad-scope occupational health practice, and who can work independently in a small, resource-conscious rural hospital setting. Salary Range - $36.68 to $55.02
