Role Summary The Nurse Coordinator RN (On ‑ Site) plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional, patient ‑ centered fertility care experience. Open Fertility nurses serve as trusted clinical partners—providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and hands ‑ on care throughout each patient's treatment journey. This role supports both clinic ‑ based patient care and operations within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), including pre ‑ and post ‑ operative recovery, operating room support, regulatory compliance, and coordination of care.
Some day-to-day duties include:
Establish confidence, trust, and a positive rapport with all patients Case manage a large patient portfolio Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation Order time-sensitive medications Admit, treat, and discharge patients within the ambulatory surgery center Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients Maintain a safe and clean work environment Education, Licenses, Certifications and Other Requirements Bachelor's Degree Licensed Registered Nurse in Colorado (RN)/(BSN) Current ACLS certification Employment Type This is a full-time (40 hours a week/8 hours per day) non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays. Compensation The salary range for this role is $45-$50/hour.
