• Job Description:

• + Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.

+ Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary. + Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions. + Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance. + Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Ability to work as a Team player within a unit
• Effective verbal and oral communication and problem-solving skills
• EKG (based on patient ; see document EKG and Advanced Life Support Requirements)
