$7500 Sign on bonus for Full Time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients, particularly in trauma and memory care settings. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients and support their recovery journey. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate medical records using PCC and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, including managing dialysis for patients when required. Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge care. Experience Current RN license in good standing. Previous experience in a nursing home or memory care is preferred. Familiarity with PCC or similar electronic health record systems is advantageous. Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical procedures. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
