Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing 1+ year of recent clinical experience in Medical-Surgical nursing preferred Current BLS certification (required) Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Med-Surg setting Monitor and assess patient conditions, document findings, and report changes to the care team Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary staff to implement individualized patient care plans Provide patient and family education for ongoing health management and recovery Safeguard infection control practices and maintain strict patient safety standards
