Drillers Event Details:

Nabors Drilling, 1145 16 Rd, Fruita, CO 81521 Thursday, July 30, 2026 | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Meet directly with hiring managers - qualified candidates can be fast-tracked through the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

Perform drilling operations safely and efficiently Participate in rig-up, rig-down, and daily rig activities Operate and maintain drilling equipment Monitor drilling parameters and assist with well control Conduct routine maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting Follow all OSHA and company safety standards

Requirements:

Prior land rig experience preferred (FH, DH, MH, or Driller) Solid understanding of drilling operations and rig systems Mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical experience Strong safety mindset and OSHA compliance Ability to work in physically demanding conditions on a rotational schedule

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Wyoming, Colorado, or similar drilling environments Well Control, OSHA, or related certifications CDL or heavy equipment operation experience

$29.67 - $44.09 per hour Expected hours: 87.5 per week
