12 weeks We are seeking an experienced Hospice RN to join our team in Grand Junction, CO. The Hospice RN provides compassionate, patient-centered care while supporting patients and their families throughout the hospice journey. In addition to strong clinical skills, Hospice Nurses are also teachers and advocates . They help patients identify their personal goals of care and empower caregivers with the knowledge and confidence needed to care for their loved ones. Hospice Nurses are generalists across a wide range of diseases and specialists in symptom management , requiring excellent assessment skills, clinical judgment, and critical thinking.
