Job Summary Supervisory Visits Location:

PRN / As Needed - Very Flexible Higher Living Home Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to complete supervisory visits and new IHSS intakes . This is a PRN, as-needed position with flexible scheduling , ideal for nurses looking to supplement income while maintaining work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

Complete supervisory visits in clients' homes Conduct new IHSS intakes Review and complete all required nursing and program documentation Validate and assess caregiver competencies related to authorized services Ensure caregivers are competent, compliant, and able to safely perform assigned tasks Provide in-person, hands-on demonstration and validation for Health Maintenance Activities (HMA) when required Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with program and agency standards

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience Comfortable working independently in the field Ability to travel to clients' homes (reliable transportation required) Strong organizational and documentation skills Experience with IHSS, home care, or supervisory visits preferred (but not required)

$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
