Pay Rate:

$80/hr

Position Requirements:

Current and active Colorado RN license . Current CPR certification . Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required. ACLS certification required within one year of employment. 4 years of obstetric/Labor & Delivery experience preferred. Strong knowledge of maternal and newborn nursing care. Ability to work effectively in highly stressful situations. Knowledge of sterile technique and infection-control principles. Comfortable working with obstetric equipment and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum. Provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care. Assess patients and continuously monitor the progress of labor. Prepare patients and the delivery area for C-sections and inductions. Administer IV medications and other treatments within the scope of practice.
