12-hour day shifts, 7 AM to 7 PM Includes night and weekend call requirements

Qualifications:

Current RN license in good standing Demonstrated competency in organ transplant surgical care Experience in a main operating room environment Strongly preferred: At least 3 years of recent OR nursing experience Additional certification is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, support, and monitor patients during various surgical procedures, including total joints, spine surgeries, kidney and liver transplants, robotics, vascular interventions, ENT, and plastics Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes Diligently follow established unit policies, infection control protocols, and EMR documentation standards (Meditech) Respond effectively to urgent situations and participate in on-call rotations as needed Contribute to a team with deep experience and a commitment to clinical excellence Why Consider This Opportunity?
