Pay Rate:

Provide advanced overnight care for trauma and acute care surgery patients Conduct assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans Manage trauma and emergency surgical patients across inpatient settings Support surgeons with procedures and ongoing patient management Document all patient interactions using Epic EMR Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care Adhere to medical staff bylaws, privileging processes, and safety standards Participate in mentorship, leadership development, and ongoing education initiativesWhat You Need:
Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner license Graduation from an accredited NP program with current certification Minimum of 2 years trauma/surgical experience or completion of relevant fellowship BLS certification Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment About theAssignment:
