Travel Contract We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Long-Term Care travel assignment in Meeker, Colorado. This opportunity offers a consistent day-shift schedule, guaranteed hours, and potential furnished shared housing. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents Perform assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions Administer medications and treatments as ordered Develop and follow individualized care plans Coordinate care with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
