Travel Contract We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Long-Term Care travel assignment in Meeker, Colorado. This opportunity offers a consistent day-shift schedule, guaranteed hours, and potential furnished shared housing. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents Perform assessments and monitor changes in residents' conditions Administer medications and treatments as ordered Develop and follow individualized care plans Coordinate care with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Requirements Current unrestricted Colorado RN license required Previous Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience preferred Current BLS certification Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment Assignment Highlights Approximately $2,350 gross/week 36 guaranteed hours per week 3x12-hour day shifts 13-week assignment Furnished shared housing may be available
