Red Rock Recovery Centers is currently looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to play a crucial role in our inpatient facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on addiction and mental health care. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, medication management, and assisting in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans. Registered Nurse (RN) Morrison, CO Residential Treatment Center We are hiring Registered Nurses for full-time and part time positions in our Morrison, CO location. All 12 hour shifts! Red Rock Recovery Center is a well-known & reputable substance use disorder treatment provider. We strive to provide exceptional services to individuals and families affected by addiction. You will join us working bedside at our 24 bed inpatient residential facility that provides detox, withdrawal management, and residential treatment services to adults. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES FOR REGISTERED NURSE INCLUDE

Provides coordinated medical and clinical care for assigned patients in a detox and residential substance abuse treatment facility. Provides coordinated medical and clinical nursing care to meet the needs of patients. Performs a full range of nursing services including assessing, planning, administering and evaluating patient care in accordance with team treatment plans. Conduct and document a thorough assessment of each patient's medical status upon admission and throughout the patient's course of treatment. Administers medical treatment as prescribed by the physician, including medication administration based on established protocols. Attend and participate in clinical team conferences regarding patient progress, problems, and needs. Assist in the development and implementation of an individualized treatment plan for patients. Oversees medication reconciliation along with reviewing and sign off on medication incident reports. Documents and reports patient progress to treatment team. Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in substance abuse disorders a plus, however, we will train the right individuals Associates in Nursing, prefer a Bachelors in Nursing. Active, free and clear RN license in

Residential facility in Morrison, CO. Facility is mildly remote, approximately a 30-minute drive from Denver Metro.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

This employee must be of the conviction that alcoholism and drug addictions are treatable illnesses and constitute a public health problem. This employee must sign an oath of permanent confidentiality covering all client-related information. This employee must, on their own behalf, keep current all licensure and certifications required to qualify as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado. As with all other Red Rock Recovery Center employees, the employee in this position shall have no history or evidence of alcoholism or other drug misuse for a period of six (6) months immediately prior to the date of employment, and no misuse of alcohol or other drugs while employed with Red Rock Recovery Center.
