Qualifications:

Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one year recent experience in a medical-surgical (med-surg) setting BLS certification required Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills Demonstrated expertise in providing compassionate care to diverse adult patient populations Proficiency with EHR systems is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care, ensuring safe and effective treatment in a medical-surgical unit Monitor and document patient progress, responding promptly to changes in condition Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to organize, plan, and coordinate care Effectively administer medications and perform medical interventions according to physician orders and established protocols Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, and health maintenance Maintain accurate and timely patient records, adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements
