Qualifications RN License BLS Certification Full Job Description Role:
Onsite Quality Support Nurse providing direct patient care in a high-acuity inpatient setting.
Responsibilities:
Conduct bedside rounds, collaborate with unit teams, address patient care needs, and identify/close quality care gaps related to safety initiatives such as falls, HAPI, CAUTI, and CLABSI.
Qualifications & Skills:
RN licensure, BLS certification, a minimum of 6 months nursing experience, and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
Key Duties:
Practice at the top of scope, utilize evidence-based practices, participate in multidisciplinary teams, precept new staff, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care.
Work Environment:
Acute care units with moderate to high patient acuity, rotating day and evening shifts, with opportunities for night shift incentives.
