What You'll Do Coordinate and complete accurate, timely MDS assessments in accordance with CMS and state regulations. Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, PDPM, and reimbursement guidelines. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, social services, and other interdisciplinary team members. Develop and maintain comprehensive resident care plans. Review documentation to ensure accuracy and appropriate reimbursement. Monitor MDS schedules and assessment deadlines. Participate in quality assurance initiatives, Triple Check meetings, and survey readiness. Provide education and guidance to clinical staff regarding MDS documentation and regulatory requirements. What You'll Need Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Previous MDS experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care setting required. Strong knowledge of PDPM, Medicare, Medicaid, and CMS regulations. Excellent assessment, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. RAC-CT certification is a plus, but not required.
