What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care for residents with pulmonary and respiratory needs
• Administer oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, suctioning, and other respiratory interventions as ordered
• Monitor and document patient response and condition changes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff on care planning
• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory health and prevention strategies
• Help reduce avoidable hospitalizations through early intervention and proactive care
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety standards, and all regulatory requirements

What You'll Need:

• Active RN or LPN license in Colorado
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in respiratory or pulmonary care (ICU, step-down, rehab, or skilled nursing)
• ACLS certification (preferred, not required)
• Knowledge of tracheostomy care, suctioning, and oxygen therapy
