What You'll Do As a Clinic Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered care while partnering with providers and the care team to deliver exceptional clinical services. You'll play a key role in supporting patient health, coordinating care, and ensuring a seamless experience from diagnosis through treatment. Perform diagnostic procedures, administer medications, and assist providers during examinations and medical procedures. Triage patient calls, provide clinical guidance, refill routine medications per policy, and document care accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and self-care while conducting proactive visits and phone follow-ups to support health goals. Coordinate testing, referrals, appointments, and surgical scheduling to ensure timely, continuous, and high-quality patient care. Monitor medical equipment, participate in quality improvement initiatives, maintain patient confidentiality, and support Rural Health Clinic reimbursement through accurate documentation and process optimization. Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned Who We're Looking For We're looking for a compassionate and dependable nurse who thrives in a collaborative clinic environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, communicates effectively, and enjoys building strong relationships with patients, providers, and teammates. Must have a current Colorado DORA RN license. American Heart Association BLS certification required within three (3) months of hire and maintained throughout employment. One to six years of professional nursing experience in a clinic setting or an equivalent combination of skills, experience, and demonstrated performance. Strong clinical knowledge of nursing practices, patient assessment, medical equipment, safety protocols, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Proficient with or able to quickly learn electronic medical record (EMR) and clinical software systems within six (6) months of hire. Flexible, team-oriented, and willing to work additional hours as needed to support patient care. What We Offer Our total rewards package includes
Pay Range:
$29.42 - $46.20/hour (based on experience)
