Role & Responsibilities:
Provide specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care, monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, assist with cardiac procedures, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate documentation, respond to emergencies, educate patients on cardiac health, and adhere to safety protocols.Qualifications & Skills:
One year of recent stepdown RN experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, and ability to work under pressure. Preferred certifications include PCCN and NIHSS.Benefits & Support:
