Experienced Mobile Dog Bather The Spaw Mobile Dog Grooming is seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated Dog Bather to join our growing team. We are an established mobile grooming company with over 7 years of success , a loyal client base, and a reputation for providing exceptional care to pets and outstanding customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with dogs, takes pride in their work, values cleanliness and professionalism, and is looking for a long-term opportunity in the pet care industry. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of professional dog bathing experience in a grooming salon Experience working alongside or under professional groomers Knowledge of proper bathing, drying, brushing, and coat preparation techniques Experience trimming nails and using a nail grinder safely Experience shaving paw pads ("scooping pads") and trimming feet Ability to safely handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication skills and the ability to report pet, client, vehicle, or equipment concerns promptly Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Professional, dependable, and punctual Takes ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Requirements Minimum 3 years of driving experience Clean driving record Comfortable driving and maneuvering a large mobile grooming box truck Must pass a background check and drug screening Ability to lift, handle, and work with dogs of various sizes safely Job Responsibilities Bathe and dry dogs according to breed, coat type, and grooming needs Thoroughly brush, comb, and de-shed coats Trim and grind nails safely and efficiently Shave paw pads and perform basic foot trims Clean ears and perform basic hygiene services Prepare dogs for the groomer by ensuring coats are properly cleaned, dried, and prepped Independently perform bath-only appointments when scheduled Monitor pets for skin, coat, health, or behavioral concerns and communicate findings Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary mobile grooming salon Sanitize tools and equipment between pets Restock towels, shampoos, and supplies Assist with daily setup, breakdown, and preparation of the grooming unit Keep the mobile salon and vehicle clean, detailed, and client-ready at all times

Compensation Training Pay:

$18/hour (approximately 4-6 weeks)

After Training:
