Position Details Grand Junction, Colorado Pay Range:
$42.00 - $49.00 per hour DOE PRN Schedule Flexible scheduling available based on facility needs.
PRN Commitment Requirements:
Must work a minimum of 2 shifts per month At least 1 shift per month must be worked on a weekend Must maintain all required licensure, competencies, and mandatory training requirements What You'll Do Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and nursing standards. Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered. Coordinate resident care with physicians, therapy, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team members. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs. Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations. Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in resident condition. Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
