Job Description

Windham Hospital seeks an Inpatient Nursing Educator to lead clinical education for nursing staff in our acute care units. This RN-based role designs, delivers, and evaluates evidence-based education, onboarding, and competency programs. The educator partners with nursing leadership to support quality, safety, and best practices, using simulation, skills labs, and bedside coaching. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, team-focused clinician with strong teaching skills, experience in acute care, and a passion for developing nurses and improving patient outcomes in a community-centered hospital.
