In this role, you will provide advanced aesthetic treatments, conduct personalized consultations, educate clients on skincare and cosmetic procedures, and deliver an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate combines strong clinical skills with an eye for aesthetics, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients achieve natural, confidence-enhancing results. Responsibilities Perform aesthetic treatments within your scope of practice, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser and energy-based treatments, PRP/PRF, microneedling, and other advanced aesthetic procedures . Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess client concerns, discuss goals, determine candidacy, and develop customized treatment plans. Educate clients on procedures, expected outcomes, skincare regimens, and pre- and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation using medical spa software such as AestheticsPro . Recommend appropriate treatment packages, memberships, and professional skincare products based on each client's individual needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing an elevated, personalized experience. Maintain strict infection-control, sanitation, safety, and clinical standards throughout all treatment areas. Stay current on aesthetic techniques, products, technologies, and industry best practices through ongoing education and training. Work collaboratively with providers, aestheticians, front desk staff, and management to ensure a seamless client experience. Contribute to individual and team goals through ethical treatment recommendations, package sales, membership enrollment, and retail skincare sales. Participate in social media content, treatment demonstrations, events, and other marketing initiatives when needed. Requirements Current and unrestricted APRN or RN license in the applicable state. Previous experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or a medical spa environment strongly preferred . Experience with treatments such as Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, lasers, RF devices, PRP/PRF, and microneedling is highly desirable. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, patient safety, infection control, and aesthetic treatment principles. Excellent consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional, polished, friendly, and confident demeanor. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships. Comfortable recommending treatment plans, packages, memberships, and professional skincare products. Ability to manage a busy schedule while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of patient care. Experience with AestheticsPro, MINDBODY, or similar medical spa management software is a plus. Interest or experience in social media, content creation, treatment demonstrations, and community engagement is a plus.
