This vital role combines clinical excellence with compassionate patient interaction, empowering individuals to manage their health confidently in a familiar environment. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you will coordinate care plans, educate patients and caregivers, and monitor treatment progress to promote optimal health outcomes. Currently looking for a full-time RN to work a flexible Monday-Friday schedule with one on-call day per weeknight and one on-call weekend every fifth week. Responsibilities Administer infusion therapies including IV medications, antibiotics, hydration, and nutrition in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and evaluation of treatment responses. Educate patients and their families on medication administration, and infection control practices to ensure safe care at home. Maintain accurate medical documentation . Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians and pharmacists to develop and adjust individualized care plans. Monitor for adverse reactions or complications related to infusion therapy. Skills Proven experience working with infusion therapies such as IV insertion, catheter care, and medication administration. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and aseptic technique to ensure safe patient care. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions. Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterile processing procedures relevant to home infusion services. Excellent communication skills for patient education. Must have experience.

$45.00 per hour
