Position Summary:
Knowledgeable about and has ability to administer prescription medications (e.g. antihistamine, intravenous fluid, beta agonist inhalers, epinephrine) and other appropriate interventions under the order of a Radiologist with an audio/visual consult for contrast reaction emergency management. Provides post care follow up for patients that have had a contrast reaction and/or other type of incident (i.e. infiltrate, vasovagal response, fall, etc.). Maintenance, monitoring, and auditing of site emergency cart to include collaboration with managers and Quality to ensure supplies are checked, available, and appropriately labeled.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Education - bachelor's degree, RN certified. Preferred Years of experience
CPR, ACLS/BLS.
5+ yrs. experience, preferably in Interventional Radiology, emergency/critical medicine and/or code team experience preferred.

The hourly range for this position is$46.00-$53.00 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications,geographic locationetc. Final compensation is determined based on education, experience, certifications, and geographic factors.
