A Cardiology Registered Nurse provides care for patients with heart problems. Performs cardiac tests and assessments, educates patients and families about cardiac disease and preventative health care, and cares for patients after heart surgery. Works with specialized monitoring and treatment equipment. Trained to provide emergency medical care to cardiac patients. Works under the supervision of a physician. Works in hospital cardiology or intensive care units or cardiac rehabilitation programs.

Job Description

New Haven Rheumatology is looking for a part-time infusion nurse. Two days per week. Normal Business hours. We infuse biologic agents for rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, to name a few. Our patients are wonderful and are so appreciative of the care they receive from the nurses. The most important skill is IV insertion. Our infusion centers are located in Guilford.
