This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building relationships with patients, delivering exceptional care, and working in a practice that prioritizes wellness, prevention, and whole-person health. Responsibilities Administer IV therapies and intramuscular injections Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments Perform and process blood draws Accurately document patient encounters in our electronic health record (EHR) system Coordinate and schedule follow-up appointments for IV therapy Manage IV clinic inventory and assist with supply ordering Respond to patient portal messages regarding treatment questions and prescription renewals Collaborate closely with providers and team members to ensure outstanding patient experience What Makes You a Great Fit You are someone who: Genuinely enjoys connecting with and caring for people Communicates professionally, compassionately, and effectively with patients from all backgrounds Takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care Remains organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment Works independently and takes initiative Values teamwork, transparency, and positive communication Thinks critically and proactively solves problems Is committed to continuous learning and professional growth Shares our passion for helping patients achieve lasting health and wellness Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut Previous IV therapy and phlebotomy experience required Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Why Join Our Team?
